Fresh Mixers was a new, instant lunch product that Healthy Choice launched to target younger office workers. Since that audience was already consuming video entertainment online at lunchtime, we decided that's exactly how and when we would target them. So we created Working Lunch, a live, lunchtime comedy show that took place during a lunch meeting at the fictional company, Delaney, Delaney, and Delaney. But the office worker participants of these meetings were actually professional Second City improvisation comedians. And the subject of each 20-minute session was decided by the audience – live. After the audience voted on what topic was on the agenda, the cast was informed on a monitor in the conference room, and the improvised meetings came to order. Eight live meetings ran at lunch, across four time zones, every day for the four weeks the program was live.

We partnered with and created the program hub on Microsoft Network, spreading awareness to their already active lunchtime audience. We shot the show with an experienced, live-sports director and camera operators who were adept at capturing fast-moving action and editing it live on the fly. At a time before Twitter had any traction or Facebook Live was around, we created this innovative, Akamai-p0wered, live streaming, brand interaction with consumers.
