UP! is a rapid response app for industrial equipment repair and service – quickly connecting service requesters to service providers. Because when an industrial machine goes down, that means lost production and revenue. Like an Angi for manufacturing, UP! locates service providers who best meet the service requestor's cost and response time requirements. Speaking the target audience's language was essential in building credibility and driving trial. For instance, as every industrial machine operator knows, when a machine's warning light start's glowing red, that's when the headaches begin. From concept through copywriting and design, the following are the print and digital executions I worked on.

It's a whole new way for industrial manufacturers to repair and service their machinery quickly, so UP! needed a way to quickly explain how easily the service works to break down barriers to trial. I wrote the script, created visual assets, storyboard and directed the motion graphics, audio, and VO.
